Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

This blog is more a celebration of food rather than a focus on recipes. Maybe one day it will all be edited to share a concise and precise recipe. Until then it's just going to be me and my blog. Maybe just maybe one day my wandering heart will settle down and learn patience and learn the nuances and fine art of writing recipes.

I love stories more than the recipes. I love writing about them more than doing them. So this will be a collection of all the behind the scenes escapades of my varied experimentations.

As a true-born Gemini, I  follow my heart. I am fast as well as slow. I can be interested and disinterested in seconds. I am mercurial that way. This blog is a reflection of just that.

I do not want to conform to societal norms of how a blog needs to be. There are so many other amazing, talented bloggers who have put in a lifetime of dedicated service to bring out amazing, detailed, videos, and recipes.

This just happens to be one of my many diversified passions and even I can never guarantee how long I would be interested to pursue this.

So how did this come about? Truth is the joy of Photography. I am not a photographer but I seem to have an extremely talented son with an eye for detail and precision. I am gifted in my own way. I have an innate third sense of how it may turn out and so I prod him with ideas. It's like getting the best of both worlds. I visualize and he makes them come true.

We started journaling my food pictures and what ended was an outstanding collection of mind-blowing pictures. Now my son is majorly irritated that there are only pictures and pictures but no writing happening from my side. An ultimatum from him has resulted in me ending up here.

As one knows all new beginnings are celebrated with sweets.

This is dedicated to my dearest son. Thank you A for all your lovely pictures.
